Preventive actions

The Preventive Medicine and Health Promotion Centre, with the participation of various partners, proposes prevention and awareness actions relating to diet, stress management, etc. throughout the year. For example, University students can benefit from:

  •  Free cooking workshops every month led by the centre’s dietician. The objective is to raise students’ awareness of a healthy and varied diet and to teach them to cook simple and inexpensive recipes that they can easily make at home.
  • Events dedicated to sharing and conviviality where the centre’s team meets students to teach them how to maintain a balanced diet.
  • Relaxation and sophrology sessions to teach students to relax and to better manage their stress.
