Over 750 international students at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University

This year, Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University welcomed over 750 international students.

Since the start of the academic year in September, many international students have chosen to join one of the University’s dedicated study programmes:
  • + 100 students enrolled in an exchange programme in French for the DEUF (Diplôme d'Etudes Universitaires Françaises) university degree. They joined the University as part of an integrated curriculum (governed by a convention).
  • + 50 students in exile enrolled in the FAIRE Programme to improve their level of French and to receive help in making their study or professional project a reality.
  • + 15 students in exile joined the Gateway University Diploma (DU Passerelle) in September to learn French in order to resume their studies and facilitate their professional integration.
The University also has more than 580 individual students who have chosen to pursue their studies in our Faculties and Institutes. They follow initial or continuing education, work-study programmes or short courses.
