HRS4R" strategy and European "Excellence in Research" label

Logo HRS4R The HRS4R process - Human Resources Strategy for Researchers – is an integral part of the institution's policy, and as such we have committed ourselves to it.
This HRS4R process aims to improve the practices of research organizations and institutions in the field of researcher recruitment and working environment, and to create a European research area of the highest standard.
The HRS4R strategy requires compliance with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.


The HR (Human Resources) Excellence in Research label awarded by the European Commission highlights the recognition of a human resources strategy for researchers (HRS4R). It is an asset for the international attractiveness of the University and for securing European funding.
Our institution obtained the label on October 4, 2018 and has just been evaluated at mid-term by the European Commission, which issued a very positive report on September 10, 2021.

The different steps for our institution :
 
► Our HRS4R strategy for Researchers was submitted in November 2017: gap analysis and action plan.
► The Excellence in Research label was obtained in October 2018
► The Interim evaluation application was filed in July 2021
► The European Commission's interim evaluation report was issued in September 2021
► Our application to renew the label will be in September 2024
► The on-site evaluation by the European Commission experts will take place in September 2025.
