The University's excellent Service Commun de Documentation (shared documentation department) manages no less than 300,000 works and 34,000 periodicals spread across the 3 university libraries and, in the fifteen or so research libraries, nomadic access to numerous resources, such as the Universalis encylopaedia, dictionaries and on-line journals.
The Maison des Langues (languages centre) provides a self-learning opportunity to work in around thirty languages. Offering multiple formats (various software, audio CDs, VHS and DVDs) and high performance equipment (30 computers with DVD, headphones, internet access, 10 TVs with headphones, and access to foreign channels via satellite), the languages centre provides the perfect working conditions.
